TEMECULA AUDIO RENTALS Policies
EQUIPMENT:
T.A.R. certifies that the EQUIPMENT is in good condition, functions properly and is in good working order. RENTER is hereby obligated to return the EQUIPMENT in the same condition as it was received and described herein. If the EQUIPMENT malfunctions due to a defect of the EQUIPMENT while in possession of the RENTER, T.A.R. will provide comparable EQUIPMENT at no further cost to RENTER for the TERM OF THE AGREEMENT.

LOSS DUE TO DAMAGE OR THEFT:
T.A.R. is not responsible for any damages to the EQUIPMENT while in the possession of the RENTER. The cost to replace the EQUIPMENT (i.e. if lost, stolen or destroyed) or to repair any damage inflicted upon the EQUIPMENT while in the possession of the RENTER, whether purposeful or accidental, will be the sole responsibility of the RENTER and must be tendered to T.A.R. within Seven (7) days of the end of the TERM OF THE AGREEMENT.
RENTER’S WARRANTIES:
A.) Either that the RENTER possesses the requisite knowledge and ability to set-up, breakdown and properly operate the EQUIPMENT or that the RENTER will hire, secure or otherwise provide at his/her own expense the necessary qualified personnel, including but not limited to a sound technician, to set-up, breakdown and properly operate the EQUIPMENT. The RENTER further acknowledges that it is not the responsibility of T.A.R. to provide the RENTER with instruction as to how to operate the EQUIPMENT.
B.) The RENTER is solely responsible for any damages and/or losses incurred due to the misuse and/or improper operation of the EQUIPMENT and will fully indemnify T.A.R. against any such losses or damages.
C.) The RENTER may request from T.A.R. any ancillary equipment he/she needs (e.g. wires, microphones, adapters, power strips, etc.) to properly operate the EQUIPMENT on or before the commencement date of THE TERM OF THE AGREEMENT. If such ancillary equipment is not available from T.A.R. or the request is not made as provided herein, the RENTER hereby agrees that he/she is solely responsible to procure any such ancillary equipment at his/her own expense.
